Serves 12

  • 4 cups Pictsweet frozen Cut Corn
  • 1/2 cup Pictsweet frozen Chopped Green Peppers
  • 1/2 cup Pictsweet frozen Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard


Place frozen corn, peppers and onions in saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for 3 minutes. Drain. In another saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch, stir in vinegar and water. Add corn, peppers, onions and remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly, about 3 to 4 minutes. Place in covered container and chill thoroughly.
