Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 8 Pictsweet frozen Broccoli Spears
  • 2 tablespoons diced, drained pimentos
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Place frozen broccoli in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain and place in a serving bowl. Add pimentos, mixing well. Top with cheese and serve.
