Place frozen peas in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil 3 minutes. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Drain. In a skillet, sauté frozen seasoning blend and garlic in heated oil for 4 minutes. Add cooked peas, tomato juice, salt and pepper. Simmer mixture for 10 minutes.
