Place frozen green beans in a saucepan and cover with water. Add lemon juice and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain the beans and plunge into ice water to stop the cooking process. Drain again and set aside. In a skillet, cook bacon until very crisp; crumble and set aside. Sauté the bell pepper and onion in the hot bacon grease for 2 minutes. Add the beans, cashews, and bacon to the skillet. Mix together the teriyaki sauce, honey, and lemon juice. Add the teriyaki-honey sauce and toss gently.
