Serves 6

  • 3 cups Pictsweet frozen White Shoepeg Corn
  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can drained, diced tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


Place frozen corn in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain. In a skillet, combine corn, tomatoes, dressing, parsley flakes, and garlic powder. Place on stove top and heat thoroughly.
