Serves 8

  • 1 1/2 cups Pictsweet frozen Broccoli Florets
  • 1 lb. penne pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup pimentos, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated pepper
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled


Place frozen broccoli in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes and then drain. In a large bowl, combine cooked broccoli, penne pasta, dressing, pimentos and pepper. Top with crumbled bacon and serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
