Serves 8

  • 2 cups Pictsweet frozen Sliced Yellow Squash
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted, divided
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Pictsweet frozen Chopped Onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, diced
  • 2 1/2 cups cracker crumbs, divided


Cook squash according to package directions. Combine squash, 1/2 cup butter, milk, onion, eggs, salt, pepper, cheese, and 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs and pour into a greased casserole dish. Combine remaining butter and cracker crumbs. Top casserole with crumb mixture and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
