Serves 10

  • 4 cups Pictsweet Cut Corn
  • 3 cups Pictsweet Broccoli Florets
  • 1 (12 oz.) package penne rigate pasta
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground pepper


Prepare pasta according to cooking directions; drain and set aside. Place frozen corn and broccoli in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain. In a large serving bowl, combine vegetables, pasta, Ranch dressing, and pepper. Mix well.
