Serves 8

  • 3 cups Pictsweet frozen Baby Lima Beans
  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg Pictsweet frozen Golden Sweet Cream Corn
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked crisped and crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Place lima beans in saucepan and cover with water. Boil for 3 mintues. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes. Drain. In a large skillet, cook cream corn until thawed. Add lima beans and bacon to corn. Simmer for 5 minutes or until heated through. Salt and pepper to taste.
