Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 4 cups Pictsweet frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta shells
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Directions

Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Place frozen mixed vegetables in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain. Combine mixed vegetables, pasta, mayonnaise and mustard in a 2-quart bowl; mix well. Refrigerate mixture for at least an hour before serving.
