Serves 6

  • 4 cups Pictsweet frozen Sliced Yellow Squash
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons diced pimentos
  • 2 teaspoons herb and garlic seasoning


Place frozen squash in saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil 3 minutes. Drain. In a bowl, combine cooked squash, sour cream, pimentos and seasoning; mix well. Place in a greased 8x8 casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
