Serves 4

  • 3 cups Pictsweet Cut Leaf Spinach
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup sliced, roasted red peppers
  • 1 teaspoon salt


Place frozen spinach in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for 4 minutes. Drain. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add cooked spinach, roasted red peppers and salt. Heat mixture about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
