Serves 6

  • 2 cups Pictsweet Chopped Spinach
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt


Place frozen spinach in a saucepan and cover with water. Place uncovered saucepan on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 4 minutes. Drain. In a bowl, combine cooked spinach and remaining ingredients: mix well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Great with fresh vegetable crudités or assorted crackers.
