Serves 8

  • 3 cups Pictsweet frozen Chopped Spinach
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts
  • 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
  • 2 tablespoons Pictsweet frozen Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buttered cracker crumbs


Thaw and drain spinach. Melt cream cheese and butter in a large bowl. Add spinach, quartered artichoke hearts, water chestnuts, onions, garlic salt and pepper. Stir until well mixed. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Cover with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
