Serves 12

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 3 cups Pictsweet frozen Chopped Spinach
  • 4 slightly beaten eggs
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 3 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme


Mix all ingredients together. Pour mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole. Set casserole in a shallow pan of water. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
