Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 4 cups Pictsweet frozen Specked Butter Beans
  • 2 cups Pictsweet frozen Cut Okra
  • 2 cups Pictsweet frozen Cut Corn
  • 1 can (10 oz.) undrained, diced tomatoes with chilies
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Place frozen beans in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 40 minutes. Drain. Place frozen okra and corn in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain. Add cooked beans, tomatoes and salt. Heat mixture thoroughly and serve.
