Serves 8

  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 Pkg Pictsweet frozen Vegetables for Soup with Tomatoes
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 4 ounces uncooked spaghetti
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook ground beef until thoroughly brown. Drain. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Bring mixture to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
