Serves 6

  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 4 cups Pictsweet frozen White Corn or frozen White Shoepeg Corn
  • 1 cup Pictsweet frozen Seasoning Blend
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup half and half


In a large skillet, sauté frozen corn and frozen seasoning blend in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly for 2 to 3 minutes or until bubbly hot. Serve hot or cold.
