Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 4 cups Pictsweet frozen Sliced Carrots
  • 1/3 cup raspberry vinaigrette dressing
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions

Directions

Place frozen carrots in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain. Mix together vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper and pour over hot carrots. Stir in green onions. Marinate 8 to 10 hours. Drain and serve.
