Serves 4

  • 4 cups Pictsweet frozen Sliced Carrots
  • 1/3 cup peach preserves
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter


Place frozen carrots in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain. Combine peach preserves and melted butter; stir into drained carrots. Cook over very low heat until carrots and glaze are thoroughly heated.
