Serves 6

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. or 3 cups Pictsweet frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and drained
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

Remove stems from mushrooms and discard. Sauté minced garlic in butter. Dip mushroom caps in the garlic butter. Line a buttered flat casserole dish with the mushroom caps. Fill mushroom cavities with spinach mixture. Bake in 350-degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
