Place frozen greens in saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil 3 minutes. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Drain well, pressing out as much liquid as possible (should have about 1 cup). Divide dough into 6 equal pieces; with a rolling pin, roll out each to a 7" round. Set aside on wax paper. Preheat oven to 400 degrees; lightly oil a baking sheet. Sauté seasoning blend in oil until liquid evaporates. Remove from heat and stir in drained greens, ricotta, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, basil, salt and pepper. If necessary, reroll dough rounds to 7". Divide greens filling onto one side of each round (about 1/3 cup each). Brush the outer 1/2" of dough round with water. Fold uncovered sides of dough rounds over filling and pinch the edge together. Place on baking sheet; brush tops with water and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in the upper third of oven until browned, about 20 minutes and serve.
