Serves 6

  • 4 cups Pictsweet Cauliflower Florets
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Place frozen cauliflower in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 to 5 minutes or until cauliflower is very tender. Drain. Place cooked cauliflower, milk, butter, and salt in a food processor. Process until creamy.
