Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 5 cups Pictsweet frozen Cauliflower Florets
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 40 crushed buttery crackers
  • Oil for deep frying

Directions

Dip frozen cauliflower into eggs and roll in with cracker crumbs. Pour 1/2 inch of oil into a heavy skillet. Heat oil to 375 degrees. Fry cauliflower in batches, 3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
