Serves 16

  • 6 cups Pictsweet Sliced Carrots
  • 1 small sliced bell pepper
  • 1 medium sliced red onion
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste


Place frozen carrots in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain. Place cooked carrots, pepper and onions in layers and cover with the sauce which is made by blending well the tomato soup, olive oil, sugar, balsamic vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Refrigerate at least overnight. Keeps well.
