Serves 6

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 cups Pictsweet frozen Green Peas
  • 1 1/2 cups Pictsweet frozen Cauliflower Florets
  • 6 sliced green onions
  • 2 diced celery ribs
  • 1 cup chopped cashews
  • 1 cup Ranch style dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled


Thaw cauliflower and coarsely chop in food processor. Put water and sugar in a saucepan. Add peas and cauliflower and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain. Stir together peas and cauliflower, green onions, celery, cashews, ranch dressing and sour cream. Chill at least one hour. Sprinkle with bacon and serve.
