Serves 6

  • 4 cups Pictsweet frozen Whole Green Beans
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan Cheese


Cook beans according to package directions and drain. Heat oil in a skillet, add beans and toss to coat. Add tomatoes, garlic, basil, oregano and parsley. Cook mixture 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Salt and pepper to taste. Place in serving bowl and top with cheese.
