Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 3 cups Pictsweet Whole Baby Carrots
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice

Directions

Place frozen carrots in saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain. Add butter, brown sugar, ginger, salt, and orange juice. Mix well. Cook mixture over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
