Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 1/4 cup low-fat margarine
  • 1/4 cup Pictsweet frozen Chopped Onions
  • 2 cups Pictsweet frozen Sliced Mushrooms
  • 4 cups Pictsweet frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions

Sauté onions and mushrooms in margarine for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into 9x9 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly hot.
