Place frozen turnip greens and salt in saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes. Boil eggs and chop. Fry bacon until crisp and then crumble. Reserve 2 tablespoons of bacon fat in a skillet. When greens are done, drain and place in a warm serving dish. Sauté onion in bacon drippings. Turn off heat and add vinegar, salt and pepper. Blend. Pour sauce over greens and toss slightly. Garnish with chopped eggs and bacon crumbles.
