Serves 6

  • 6 cups frozen Pictsweet Broccoli Cuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 cup bread or cracker crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter


Place frozen broccoli and salt in a saucepan and cover with water. Place uncovered on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil 3 minutes. Drain and place in a greased, 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Squeeze lemon juice on top. Blend soup, mayonnaise, and curry powder. Pour over broccoli. Combine melted butter and crumbs and sprinkle on top. Bake in 350-degree oven for 20 minutes or until casserole is bubbly.
