Serves 8

  • 2 cups small-curd cottage cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Pictsweet frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed but not drained
  • 2 tablespoons Pictsweet frozen Chopped Onions
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic


Thaw spinach. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a buttered quiche pan or individual ramekins. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until set in the center and nicely browned.
