Serves 4
Place frozen greens in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until tender. Drain. In a skillet, sauté onions and celery in butter. Add tomato juice. Bring mixture to a boil. Add greens and heat thoroughly. Sprinkle hot pepper sauce on top to taste.
