Serves 6

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup Pictsweet frozen Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 cup Pictsweet frozen Chopped Green Peppers
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (20 oz.) package Pictsweet frozen Golden Sweet Cream Corn, thawed
  • Hot sauce to taste, optional


Fry bacon until crisp. Remove from skillet and crumble. Add frozen onions and peppers to bacon grease. Cook until tender. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and corn. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly hot. Add cooked crumbled bacon.
