Serves 6

  • 3 cups Pictsweet frozen Cut Leaf Spinach
  • 1/2 cup light cream
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


Place frozen spinach in a saucepan and cover with water. Place uncovered pan on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 4 minutes. Drain. In a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in spinach and cook mixture another 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
