Serves 6

  • 4 cups Pictsweet frozen Broccoli Florets
  • 1 tablespoon Cranberry Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Cranberry Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons distilled vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
  • 1/4 chopped walnuts


Pour frozen broccoli into saucepan and cover with water. Place uncovered saucepan on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain and pour into serving bowl. Combine juice, cranberry sauce, syrup, vinegar, mustard, and orange zest in a saucepan. Whisk mixture over low heat until thoroughly heated and appears smooth. Pour sauce mixture over cooked broccoli. Top with cranberries and walnuts.
