Serves 12

  • 1 roll (20 oz.) Pictsweet frozen Golden Sweet Cream Corn
  • 4 cups Pictsweet frozen Cut Corn
  • 1/2 cup Pictsweet frozen Chopped Onions
  • 1/4 cup Pictsweet frozen Chopped Green Peppers
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper


Combine all ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup bread crumbs. Spoon into a 10 x 13 casserole. Top with remaining bread crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly hot.
