Serves 8

  • 6 cups frozen Pictsweet Super Sweet Yellow and White Corn
  • 1 chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 can (4 oz.) sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup bottled Italian dressing


Place frozen corn in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain. Mix all ingredients together and chill overnight.
