Serves 6

  • 4 cups Pictsweet Sliced Carrots
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest


Place frozen carrots in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil 3 minutes. Drain. Add butter, orange juice and orange zest. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
