Serves 6

  • 4 cups Pictsweet frozen Cut Green Beans
  • 1 pound boneless, cooked and sliced chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup toasted and finely chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup chow mein noodles
  • Prepared balsamic dressing


Place frozen green beans in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil 3 minutes and plunge into cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain. Toss ingredients, except dressing, in a large serving bowl. Just before serving, toss with dressing.
