Ingredients

Serves 10

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 1/2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup Pictsweet Chopped Onions
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Pictsweet frozen Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 pound cubed processed cheese
  • 3 cups Pictsweet frozen Deluxe Vegetables California

Directions

Combine chicken broth, potatoes, celery and onions in a large saucepan. Simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are fork tender. Add the cream of chicken soup and stir well until blended. Add the mushrooms, cheese and frozen vegetables. Cook over low heat for an additional 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
