Serves 6

  • 4 cups Pictsweet frozen Cauliflower Florets
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese


Place frozen cauliflower in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil 3 minutes. Drain and lightly salt. Mix together mayonnaise, grated onion and prepared mustard. Place cauliflower in a 9x12 baking dish. Spread mayonnaise mixture over cauliflower and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Heat in a 350-degree oven until cheese is melted.
