Serves 8

  • 4 cups Pictsweet frozen Cauliflower Florets
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pkg. dry spaghetti sauce mix
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese


Place frozen cauliflower in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain. In another pan, place dry spaghetti sauce mix, water, tomato sauce and oil. Mix well and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Arrange alternating layers of cauliflower and mozzarella cheese slices in a casserole dish. Pour sauce mixture over top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
