Serves 5

  • 4 cups Pictsweet frozen Sliced Carrots
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup whole cranberry sauce


Place carrots and salt into a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, and cook for 6 minutes or until tender. Melt butter in a large skillet over low heat. Add brown sugar and cranberry sauce and cook, stirring constantly, until completely melted. Add carrots and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
