Brussels Sprouts and Pine Nuts

Even those who claim to hate Brussels sprouts have changed their minds when they've tried this dish. The secret? Easy to prepare and great tasting!

Serves 6

  • 4 cups Pictsweet frozen Brussels Sprouts
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1 teaspoon salt


Place frozen brussels sprouts in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain. In a skillet, toast pine nuts in butter until lightly brown. Add cooked sprouts, apple cider, and salt. Heat mixture, stirring constantly.
