Serves 6

  • 12 Pictsweet frozen Broccoli Spears
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • Dash red pepper


Place frozen broccoli in saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain and lightly salt. Combine butter, mayonnaise, horseradish, grated onion, salt, dry mustard, and red pepper. Serve broccoli with a spoonful of sauce on top.
