Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 3 cups Pictsweet frozen Broccoli Cuts
  • 6 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
  • 1/4 cup halved grape tomatoes

Directions

Place frozen broccoli in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain. Place in a large bowl. Add crumbled bacon, onion, raisins, and cheese. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, vinegar and grape tomatoes. Add this to the broccoli mixture and toss gently. Can be served at room temperature or chilled.
