Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 2 cups Pictsweet frozen Chopped Broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup Pictsweet frozen Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
  • 6 ounces processed cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic

Directions

Place frozen broccoli in saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 3 minutes. Drain. Sauté onions, celery and mushrooms in butter until tender. Combine all ingredients. Cook over low heat until blended. Serve warm.
