Sugar Snap Peas with Walnuts

- 3 cups Pictsweet frozen Baby Sugar Snap Peas
- 2/3 cup apple juice
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup broken walnuts
Place frozen peas in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil 3 minutes. Drain. In a saucepan, combine apple juice, cornstarch and walnuts. Stirring constantly, bring mixture to a boil. Continue stirring and boil until mixture thickens. Place peas in a serving dish. Pour sauce over peas and blend well.
