Spinach Balls

Spinach Balls

An easy fancy appetizer, spinach balls are great as a side dish also.


Serves 12

  • 3 cups Pictsweet frozen Chopped Spinach
  • 1 cup Pictsweet frozen Chopped Onions
  • 1 (8 oz.) bag herb stuffing
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine


Place frozen spinach and frozen onions in saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Reduce heat and cook for 4 minutes or until tender. Drain. Mix together all ingredients and shape into small balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
